Booking & Confirmation

• A $500 deposit is required to confirm each birthday party reservation.
• The remaining balance, if applicable, will be paid on-site on the date of your booking.
• Each Birthday Party Package includes a selected token plan (800/1,800/3,800/5,800 game tokens) and 2 hours of use of the dedicated party area.
• Tables and chairs will be provided based on the number of guests in the reservation.
• A basic party setup is included
• Guests may choose to upgrade their booking with an optional decoration add-on.
• Add-ons are subject to availability and may vary depending on stock, season, or scheduling.

Reserved Party Area Guidelines

• Fast food only is permitted.
• Please finish all food within your reserved party time.
• Food and drinks are only permitted in the designated party area.
• For safety reasons, walking around with food or drinks is not allowed.
• Guests should wash their hands after eating and before returning to play.
• We kindly ask the booking party clean up the party area after use. A cleaning fee may apply if the area is left untidy.

Safety & Play Rules

• No running inside the venue.
• Please remind guests not to place hands or feet under the machines.
• Throwing items or rough play is not allowed.
• Machines must not be shaken, hit, or forced.
• If any food or drinks are spilled, please notify our staff right away.
• Personal belongings should be kept within sight at all times.

Our staff are always nearby to help, but adult supervision is required for young children during the party.
OCTO ZONE reserves the right to end the party or remove participants who fail to follow safety instructions.

Cancellation

• All birthday party bookings are final.
• No cancellations or refunds are permitted after booking confirmation.
• All paid deposits are non-refundable, regardless of notice period or attendance.
• If a decorations add-on is included and the booking is cancelled, not attended, or the add-on is not used, the cost of the decorations package will be deducted from the paid deposits.

Liability Disclaimer

• OCTO ZONE shall not be held liable for any damages caused by or sustained by customers.
• OCTO ZONE shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or personal property during the party.

Booking & Confirmation

• A $5 deposit per participant is required when making a reservation.
• The remaining balance is paid on-site on the day of your booking.
• A confirmation email will be sent after each successful booking.
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.
• If your group do not check in before the hold window ends, the booking will be considered a no-show, and all deposits will be forfeited.

Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and waiver signing.
• Arriving early helps ensure you receive your full 75-minute gameplay experience.
• If you expect to be late, please call us in advance so our staff can note it on your reservation.
• Failure to arrive within the 15-minute hold period will result in a no-show, and all deposits will be forfeited.

Session Duration

• Each game session lasts 75 minutes.
• The session timer begins at the scheduled start time, not arrival time.
• Late arrivals do not extend gameplay time.
• Additional playtime may be purchased on-site, subject to availability.

Cancellation & Reschedule

• 2 days or more before reserved time: Full deposit refund or free reschedule available.
• Less than 2 days before reserved time or no-shows: No refund or reschedule will be provided.

Attendance Policy

• Your deposit secures space and resources for your group.
• If half or more of the reserved group does not attend, the corresponding portion of deposits will be forfeited.
  • Example: A booking for 4 players with only 2 attending will result in 2 deposits forfeited.

Age & Supervision

• Players must be 6 years or older to participate.
• Players 14 years and older may play without adult supervision.
• If any participant under 14 is included in a booking, at least one adult must be present in the same booking.
• Groups arriving with minors and no accompanying adult will be cancelled on-site without refund.

Waiver Requirement

• All participants must sign a waiver form on-site before playing.
• For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Participant will be denied if waiver requirements are not met.

Large Groups & Events

• Each game room accommodates a maximum of 5 players.
• Groups larger than 5 will be split into smaller teams and play across multiple rooms.

Personal Belongings

• Lockers are available on-site for storing personal items.
• Phones and personal belongings are not encouraged inside the game rooms, as the nature of the activities involves movement and teamwork.
• Crazy Cube is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, whether stored in lockers or brought into the venue.
