How does OCTO ZONE work?
OCTO ZONE is a claw-machine store. You can buy the game tokens at the front reception and start playing! What you get are all yours! You can either bring them home, or, add a little bit of fun, trade them into credits to redeem something bigger!
How much is one-play?
It depends. We have machines that take from 1-6 tokens for one play. Also, if you buy token package (which give you more tokens by value), it would be way more cheaper.
Can I buy the plush or prize directly?
Actually, you can! Just ask one of our friendly staff and let us help you.
However, we strongly recommend you to play the game and exchange the prize.
What are Credits, Points, and Tokens?
Credits：What you get when your trade in your plush
Points： What you earn when spending with your OCTO ZONE member card
Tokens：What you put into the machine to start a game
Do I need to be a member to start playing?
It is not a must to be a member and play.
Yet, there are many benefits associate with the membership.
You can store your tokens and credits with your member card.
You can also earn points with every dollar you spent in OCTO ZONE.
Guess what? It will never expires!

How do I become member? How much it costs?
There is NO registration fee to become one of our valuable members.
The minimum spending for a regular membership is $50, and it goes with 60 tokens!
(Or, spend $200 at once to become the VIP directly!)
With the OCTO member card, you can store credits for prize redeem, earn points for membership upgrade, and save tokens for next visit!
Becoming an OCTO member means that you’re in for a treat with loads of members-only activities, exciting events, and special promotions.

How do I win those big prizes diaplaying on the shelf?
You can trade-in the plush* you win from our claw machine into CREDITS.
The 4-tokens machine gives you 8-inch plush that worth 10 credits;
while 3-tokens machine gives you smaller, 4-inch plush that worth 6 credits.
So you win and trade, to collect enough credits and bring the big prizes home with you!
*Plush can be traded on the SAME VISIT ONLY. We cannot accomodate exchanges for items taken outside the store premises. All rights reserverd by OCTO ZONE.
