Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OCTO ZONE & Crazy Cube (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”)! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://octozone.ca, and participation in activities at our arcade (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or visiting our arcade, you agree to these Terms.
OCTO ZONE is an entertainment venue that provides access to claw machines, arcade-style amusement machines, and related recreational activities. Crazy Cube is designed to offer immersive, group-based interactive games.
1. General Rules
- Our arcade is for entertainment purpose only.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct.
- Children under 6 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Guests must comply with all posted in-store rules and instructions provided by staff.
- We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings anywhere on the premises, including arcade areas, game rooms, or common spaces.
2. Game Play & Prizes (Claw Machines)
- A prize is considered won only when it has fully dropped into the prize chute.
- The arcade reserves the right to make the final decision regarding prize outcomes, and all determinations are subject to management’s discretion.
- Prizes must be collected immediately after winning. The arcade is not responsible for any prizes left unattended.
- Prizes are available while supplies last and may change without prior notice.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Certain plush prizes may be eligible for trade-in credits under our Gift Exchange Policy.
3. Game Rooms Participation Rules (Crazy Cube)
- All participants must sign a waiver on-site before the game session begins. Participants under the age of 14 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Lockers are available for guest use at Crazy Cube. Guests are strongly encouraged to store mobile phones, bags, and other personal belongings in the designated lockers before entering the game rooms.
- Due to the physical activity involved, personal items may be dropped, damaged, or lost. Guests who choose to bring belongings into game rooms, or other activity areas do so at their own risk.
- No food or beverages are permitted inside Crazy Cube. A water fountain is available for use.
- Proper footwear is required. Heels, slippers, flip-flops, and Crocs are not permitted. Sports or running shoes are strongly recommended.
- The arcade is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal belongings
- Group size requirement:
- Minimum of 2 participants per group; solo play is not permitted.
- Maximum of 5 participants per group. Groups larger than 5 must be divided into smaller groups before entering the game room.
- Age requirements:
- Participants must be at least 6 years old.
- Participants under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will remain with them in the game rooms.
4. Tokens, Points, & Credits
- Tokens, points and credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Tokens must be used in arcade machines and cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
- Lost or stolen tokens, credits, or membership cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase and are subject to management’s discretion.
5. Membership & VIP Benefits
- Membership cards, credits, and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- All complimentary tokens must be claimed in person.
- Membership rules, perks, and promotions may be updated or discontinued at any time.
6. Conduct, Safety & Damages
- Guests must not shake, kick, climb, or tamper with machines.
- Food and drinks are not permitted near machines.
- Running, roughhousing, or other unsafe behaviour is prohibited inside the arcade.
- Guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be refused entry or asked to leave.
- Any deliberate or malicious damage to machines, game rooms equipment, or other property resulting in loss or harm will make the responsible guest liable for the cost of repair or replacement, in addition to removal from the premises.
7. Promotions & Events
- Promotions are available for a limited time, subject to availability, and may be changed or cancelled without notice.
8. Online Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
- All bookings required a deposit at the time of reservation.
- Attendance: If more than half of the participants listed in a booking fail to attend, a portion of the deposit will be forfeited. The exact forfeited amount will be determined at management’s discretion.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 2 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance, and all no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- The arcade reserves the right to deny entry, reschedule, or cancel any booking due to safety, operational, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case guests will be entitled to a full refund or offered an alternative booking date.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. The arcade does not store credit card information.
9. Website Use
- The website content is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated or modified without notice.
- No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
- The arcade is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from use of the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
- In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us.
- While we strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, OCTO ZONE Inc shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in arcade activities, except as required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
